Apply for a studio with us

The Creator Incubator offers 38 non-residential studios available for rent by visual artists and creative practitioners. These studios vary in size and are designed to accommodate diverse art practices. 

 

Being a studio artist offers many benefits to your art practice and studio spaces are highly sought after.  The availability of studios depends on the departure of current studio artists.

 

All applications will be placed on a waiting list and if found suitable will be contacted for an interview if an appropriate studio space becomes available. 

 

Applicants are selected based on the quality of their application, exhibition history, and the evidence of, or potential for an active career in an arts practice, and if deemed to be a good fit for the community of artists.
